The DCC
web site
provides a good guide to the city's planning policies and lists current
proposals.
You can also
use the site to submit your objections to any current application. |

Former Tay Rope Works:
The proposal by Duncarse Residential was turned down by the
Development Quality Committee on
Monday, 16th June.
Note:
Appeals have been
lodged against the refusal of the planning and listed building
applications for the redevelopment of the Tay Rope Works. The copy
documents have just been submitted at Tayside House.
The Directorate for Planning and Environmental Appeals will seek the
Council's initial response via a questionnaire which is expected within
a few days. All third parties will be informed of the appeal and their
comments will be forwarded as part of the Council's response.
